'Gene_symbol' refers to commonly used gene symbols.

'Gene_and_residue' lists the commonly used gene symbol (before the underscore) and the residue that is phosphorylated (after the underscore).

Uniprot_id refers to the Uniprot identifiers.

'Site_position' gives the amino acid number of the site that is phosphorylated.

'Motif' gives the amino acid sequence at the site that is phosphorylated.

'Max_Score' refers to the site localization confidence.

The remaining columns list samples assayed by TMT-based phosphor-proteomics. Two biological replicates were assayed for MCF10A, designated 'MCF10A' and 'MCF10AREP2'. The cell lines were as follows:

Columns labeled 'Bridge1' to 'Bridge4' refer to mixed lysates comprised of HCC1806, Hs578T, MCF7, MCF10A, MDAMB231, and SKBR3 used to normalize across batches. Each 10-plex TMT experiment contained 9 cell lines and a 'bridge' lysate.
